To look for the hazards, and think the job through.
\nTo check the procedures and follow them all
\nAnd reject taking shortcuts, no matter how small.
\nWhen I walk through the workplace,
\nI must stay alert<\/p>\n
To watch for those things, that could get people hurt.<\/p>\n
And if I see a hazard, I won\u2019t rest until.
\nI have made the thing safe, or know someone will.
\nI must question each unsafe behaviour\u00a0 I see,
\nAnd encourage all others, to do that for me.
\nI must always give safety, the best I can do.
\nAnd expect that performance of all others too.
\nI must always remember to let people see,
\nThat their safe behaviour is important to me.<\/p>\n
Every act is important, no matter how small.<\/p>\n
For the safety of one, is the safety of all
\nWe can all have a workplace that\u2019s injury free
\nIf we each one commit, to Making It Be,
\nIf we all do our part, and each of us see,
\nIf it\u2019s\u00a0 Going to Happen, Then It\u2019s Up to Me.<\/p>\n
